Reprosify News operates as a digital real estate news discovery and aggregation platform. We do not claim ownership of any third-party articles or publisher content aggregated via RSS feeds. All original articles remain the sole intellectual property of their respective publishers.
1. Content Aggregation & Attribution
Our platform functions as an index and discovery engine for real estate news:
- Direct Attribution: Every aggregated article explicitly attributes the original publisher name, author (if available), publication date, and direct outbound link to the publisher's site.
- Original Reporting Links: All article cards and reader pages include a prominent Read Original → action directing traffic to the source URL.
- No Raw Content Storage: We do not store full scraped third-party article bodies. Editorial overviews are original analytical summaries.
2. Publisher Image Policy & Classification
Every registered publisher source is categorized under one of four image policy tiers:
First-party official corporate blogs where image usage is permitted for news coverage.
Partner publications and syndication feeds where formal content/image licensing has been obtained.
Standard default policy. Displays original AI artwork or category stock graphics to prevent unverified image reuse.
Publisher images are strictly excluded. Only text headline metadata and attribution links are displayed.
3. DMCA Takedown Notice & Procedure
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content hosted or indexed on our service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice containing the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the URL or article link on our platform to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.
